Evoke is a staffing and talent development agency that smartly connects technical professionals at vocational, bachelor’s and master’s level with companies in the Technology, Construction & Infrastructure, and Supply Chain & Logistics sectors.

For Evoke, it is essential that their professionals are able to develop to their full potential. This means their relationship managers must excel in coaching talent — it is even one of their key success pillars. That is why they turned to NONONS for a development program aimed at strengthening the coaching capabilities of their relationship managers.

We designed two programmes: a leadership track for all managers and a customised coaching program specifically for relationship managers.

During the program, relationship managers learned what coaching is — and what it is not — as well as various coaching techniques and how to apply them in their everyday conversations. The impact of the training has been clearly visible. Not only are relationship managers better at placing responsibility where it belongs, they also get to the heart of conversations more quickly and know how to support others through the complex situations they face in their work.

Six months after completing the training, follow-up days are scheduled to deepen learning and ensure long-term integration of the skills. NONONS remains involved in supporting the development of Evoke’s leaders and relationship managers to ensure sustainable growth and lasting impact.
