In 2023, NONONS became the training partner of RGF Staffing.
Together, we developed a comprehensive leadership program for the Executive Board and three management layers: strategic, operational, and tactical. RGF aims to be an outstanding employer and believes it is essential that its people can continue to grow. Investing in effectiveness and self-awareness among leaders at all levels is therefore a logical step.

We began with a kick-off event; a dynamic programme full of inspiration. After that, groups of ten leaders across the organisation started their five-day training journey. This approach creates a shared language and a consistent way of developing talent across the business. The training places strong emphasis on holding difficult conversations and coaching dialogues, with a focus on applying these skills in the fast pace of everyday work.

For group composition, RGF deliberately mixed participants across different business labels, enabling managers who normally wouldn’t work together to learn from each other.

The programme is still running, but participant feedback has already been exceptionally positive. They particularly appreciate the practical model cards, clear explanations, and above all, the hands-on approach of NONONS.
