Team Coaching
-
Yes, and often especially effective for new or merged teams. It helps create a foundation of trust, clear agreements and shared goals right from the start. It prevents misunderstandings, silos and unnecessary friction later. The earlier you start, the stronger the foundation becomesve.
-
Yes, almost always. We come to your office or a location that supports effective teamwork. Sometimes we advise an external location to step out of daily patterns. We choose what supports the goal of the trajectory.
-
We set clear goals, desired effects and concrete behaviors you want to see develop. Throughout the trajectory we monitor progress and after completion we evaluate the impact with the team and the client. Many organizations choose follow up coaching or reinforcement moments to keep the development alive.
-
Safety is essential. Our trainers create an open and equal atmosphere where everything can be said honestly without becoming harsh. We make clear agreements, we guard the process and we ensure that everyone participates. No blaming. We focus on taking responsibility. This allows teams to have the real conversations.
-
That depends on your question and ambition. Most trajectories consist of three to six sessions across several months. In between sessions, teams apply new behavior in practice so the development does not fade. This is how you create real change and not a temporary boost. In the advisory call we determine together what is needed and what works best for your team.
-
Team coaching is a live process in which the coach works with the team in their real interaction. Patterns become visible as they happen. Team development is more structured and focuses on collaboration, communication and shared goals across a planned trajectory. We often combine the two. We choose what fits your question, your pace and your team dynamic.
-
Team coaching is suitable for almost any team that wants to collaborate more effectively. New teams, teams with shifting goals, teams that are stuck in communication or teams that want to level up. Whether it concerns a management team, a project team or an operational team, team coaching strengthens trust, clarity and ownership.
Coaching Leadership
-
Yes. We deliver this program in Dutch and English for international teams. We adapt examples, language and cases to your organization so everyone recognizes the situations we work with.
-
Yes. Coaching leadership becomes more powerful when the management team models the same behavior. That is why we often start with a kick off session to align expectations, define desired leadership behaviors and create one clear direction. This increases impact during the program and long after it ends.
-
Resistance is normal. Sometimes it comes from protection and sometimes from uncertainty. Our trainers know how to create safety while keeping the group sharp. We name what we see without judgment and explore what lies underneath. This usually creates room for growth. If someone really does not want to participate we address that openly. Taking ownership starts with yourself.
-
Yes. Team feedback gives clear insight into blind spots and recurring patterns. We use 360 degree input, short interviews or observations on the work floor. This makes the program honest and relevant. Participants recognize themselves more quickly in the feedback which speeds up learning. We always do this carefully and in close alignment with HR or the management team.
-
We start with an intake and interviews and when relevant an analysis of the environment. After that we design a practical program based on real situations from your team. You practice skills, reflect on your behavior and repeat what works until it becomes natural. Between sessions participants apply what they learn in daily work and bring concrete steps back into the team. We conclude with an evaluation and advice for embedding the development in the organization.
-
Coaching leadership is about clarity, responsibility and conscious communication. It is not rescuing, not fixing and not overexplaining. You learn to ask sharper questions, name what you observe and help others take ownership. Coaching leadership means staying honest and grounded even when a conversation becomes uncomfortable. In this training you learn how to stay human and still hold the line.
-
This training is for leaders who want to guide their team without doing all the work themselves. It is for people who recognize that they sometimes avoid friction or soften their message or step in too quickly. It is also for leaders who are already clear and structured but want to add more humanity and coaching depth to their style. This training fits anyone who wants to take responsibility for their role and learn how to lead with strength and equality at the same time.
Coaching Skills
-
es. We deliver Coaching Skills training in Dutch and English. For international teams, we adapt examples, formats, and language to make everything logical, practical, and culturally appropriate. Online variants are also possible.
-
Our Coaching Skills training works best with groups of six to twelve participants. Small enough to practice and give everyone attention, large enough to experience different styles and situations. For larger departments, we can run multiple groups or combine wit
-
Beforehand, we do an intake with HR and/or management. We explore your culture, challenges, and goals. Based on that, we create a program that fits your reality. The examples, exercises, and cases come from your own practice, which makes the training recognizable and directly applicable.
-
Before we start, we agree on what needs to change. During the training, you receive continuous feedback and see visible development. Afterward, we measure the effect through reflections, evaluations, and follow-up sessions or 360-degree feedback if desired.
-
Yes, if you’re willing to practice. Our training is practical and intensive. You learn by doing: having conversations, observing behavior, receiving feedback, and experimenting. That’s why the insights land quickly. We see participants communicate noticeably differently after a short trajectory, because they understand what they do and why it works.
-
Coaching skills help you lead, guide, and collaborate more effectively. A coach training is broader, deeper, and prepares you to become a professional coach. In this training, we focus on the skills needed in your role: listening, asking deeper questions, reflecting, strengthening ownership, and making behavior discussable. No theory for the sake of theory, just doing what works in your practice.
-
For professionals and leaders who want to have better conversations and help employees grow. Think team leads, project managers, HR professionals, talent managers, internal coaches, or anyone who regularly talks about behavior, development, or collaboration. You don’t need coaching experience; you mainly need willingness to learn, practice, and look at yourself honestly.
Effective Communication
-
Yes. We deliver this communication training fully in English for international teams and organizations. The content, exercises, and examples are adjusted to the culture, context, and language of your team, so everyone can participate actively and speak the same language, literally and figuratively.
-
Absolutely. Management teams often face the same challenges: directness, assumptions, tension, unspoken expectations. The training helps them speak more honestly, listen more sharply, and make decisions faster. The result is a stronger team with more clarity and direction.
-
That depends on your goals. We offer workshops, multi-day training, and longer development trajectories. We often start with an intake and then create a program that fits your team, agenda, and challenge. Expect a combination of training days and practical assignments in between.
-
Yes. In fact, that’s the heart of the training. We work with real cases from your workplace, so you learn to handle exactly the conversations that feel tense, difficult, or sensitive. Practice, reflect, repeat: that’s how new behavior becomes habit.
-
Communication is the foundation of every collaboration. When you communicate more clearly and honestly, there’s less friction, more trust, and better results. You learn to recognize, discuss, and break behavior patterns. Collaboration becomes easier, more enjoyable, and more effective, without working harder.
-
You learn to say what you mean, listen without assumptions, give feedback that sticks, and prevent misunderstandings. We practice with real situations, so insights land quickly. And you receive practical techniques you can use the same day in meetings, one-on-one conversations, and team communication.
-
This training is for individuals, leaders, and teams who notice that conversations feel stuck, feedback is difficult, or collaboration gets tangled in noise. You learn to communicate clearly and have challenging conversations without increasing tension. The training is suitable for anyone who wants to take a step forward in collaboration, trust, and alignment.
Management Training
-
Yes. All management training is available in Dutch and English. We adjust examples and exercises to the language, culture, and context of the organization. For international teams, we often create blended programs that consider different communication styles.
-
We measure on three levels: behavior during the training, application in practice, and the effect on the team. This can include 360-degree input, pre- and post-measurement, and evaluations with HR. We share the results and discuss how to anchor the development.
-
That’s normal and often valuable. Our trainers ensure everyone is challenged at their level. New managers receive structure and basic skills; experienced managers receive depth and sharpness. Working with realistic scenarios allows everyone to learn from each other without overloading or boring anyone.
-
The most effective groups consist of 12 participants. Large enough for dynamic interaction, small enough for personal attention. For larger groups, we divide the cohort so everyone has time to practice and receive feedback. Prefer an MT trajectory or individual guidance? That’s also possible.
-
We always start with an intake with HR and the leaders. We explore what’s happening, which patterns are present, and what’s needed to create change. Based on that, we create a program that fits your culture, goals, and challenges. We work with examples from your own practice, so participants directly recognize what it’s about.
-
A leadership program often focuses more broadly on personal leadership, culture, and vision. A management training focuses on the craft of leading: directing, addressing expectations, decision-making, and increasing ownership. Personal leadership is part of it, but the focus is on concrete management skills you can apply directly.
-
or managers, team leaders, and MT members who want to guide behavior, performance, and collaboration more effectively. The training is suitable for new leaders and experienced managers who want to sharpen their style. We work with real cases, exercises, and honest feedback, so everyone takes steps that fit their role and responsibilities.
Personal Leadership
-
We start with an intake, interviews, and possibly an environmental scan. After that, we design a program using real cases from your organization. Think skills training, feedback exercises, reflection, and repetition, so new behavior really sticks. Between sessions, participants practice in real situations and bring concrete steps back to the team. We end with an evaluation and advice on how to anchor the growth within the organization.
-
This training is for professionals, teams, leaders, and emerging managers who want to act more consciously, collaborate better, or take more control. Whether you’ve been leading for years or just starting out, personal leadership is for anyone looking to grow. We always adjust to the level and experience of participants to ensure the training is relevant and effective.
-
Absolutely. A new team often benefits from a shared foundation in communication, trust, and understanding each other. In this training, we create clarity about roles, expectations, and patterns. We can fully tailor this to your goals and context.
-
Change takes time and repetition. That’s why we always design our training with experiential exercises, reflection moments, and practical assignments. Teams work on feedback and new behavior between sessions. We also offer follow-up support, like coaching or peer groups. Personal leadership isn’t a one-time event; it becomes a solid foundation.
-
It varies depending on the organization and goals. On average, a program consists of multiple sessions of one or two days, spread over a few months. This allows room for practice, setbacks, adjustments, and growth. During a no-obligation consultation, we’ll determine together what’s needed and how the program can be structured.
-
That’s possible. We offer inspiration sessions lasting a day or half a day where participants get an introduction to personal leadership and immediately gain insights into their own behavior. We believe behavioral change requires practice, repetition, and action. You can’t achieve it in just one day. But it’s a great start to explore if a more extensive program would be a good fit.
