all about Anne
Anne is the founder of Coach020 (now named NONONS) and has over twenty years of experience as a psychologist, coach, and trainer. After getting her psychology degree, she continued to hone her craft with several other certificates. These include Executive Coaching (Free University Amsterdam), Voice Dialogue, ACT, Systematic Work, Transaction Analysis and EMDR. In 2011, Anne decided to turn her experience as a coach into her own coaching degree: the Coach Intensive. She thought a coaching degree should be practical, smarter, and clearer than most programs are. Over time, she has added the Coach Master degree, Coach Basics degree, and trainings program to her repertoire. In 2016, she published her first book: No-nonsense Coaching. Her second book about in-depth coaching will be released soon.
Anne is perceptive, direct and warm. She is fascinated by the human psyche and the art of coaching.

WHY NONONS?
Anne: “It helps everyone when they take charge of their life and when they don’t see everything as if it’s happening to them. NONONS helps people take charge by providing them the right kind of coaching. We also give more confidence to coaches and managers, teaching them how to get back in charge when it comes to having conversations.”
Nadia: “It’s a win-win for everyone when you get to know yourself better – and the people around you, too. It’ll make things easier for you, your relationships, and the way you work with others. Managers find the coaching mindset in our trainings very enlightening. It teaches them that it’s good to manage a team like a coach, so you can hand them more responsibilities. When your employees get to grow, you’ll end up having more time available.”
WHAT IS TYPICALLY NONONS?
Nadia: We are professional, very clear and directive. We don’t make things complicated and we always offer clear tools that you can immediately use, whether it’s during a training or a coaching program. You can get right to business. We always make sure to do that in a fun, easy manner with a lot of room for some good humor, even about ourselves.
Anne: We are no-nonsense, but we also chose substance in a practical, functional way: how do things work for you and what can you do to improve matters? It’s all about getting to know yourself. That includes your blockages, fears, and your convictions, so you can deal with them in better ways. But that doesn’t require you to dissect your entire childhood or to gaze into your past.
